• KILOMETER PAYMENT STARTS FROM PICKUP POINT.
• AFTER 6 MONTHS ON YOUR WORK PARAMETERS SALARY ACCOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN AND ALSO DRIVER WILL BE CONSIDERED AS COMPANY EMPLOYEE.
• IF YOU WORK THROUGH OUT THE WEEK, YOU CAN EARN 12000/- PER WEEK(6 DAYS WORK,1 DAY WEEK OFF)
• IF YOU ARE CHANGING YOUR VEHICLE (SEDAN OR SUV) YOU HAVE TO INFORM IMMEDIATELY IN OFFICE
• IN 9 HOURS LOGIN, YOU CAN TAKE A BREAK OF 5 MINUTES.
• IF YOU ARE DOING 1ST SHIFT i.e; FROM 6AM YOU NEED TO GET LOGGED IN ON TIME.
• IN 9 HOURS OF SHIFT IF YOU ARE HAVING ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR MOBILE WITHIN 5 MINUTES YOU SHOULD BE BACK ONLINE.IN THAT 5 MINTUES IF YOU ARE NOT BACK TO ONLINE YOUR 9 HOURS SHIFT i.e; 2000/- WILLNOT BE CONSIDERED,ONLY THE AMOUNT PER KILOMETER WHAT WE HAVE TOLD WILL BE GIVEN.
• EVERY CAB WILL BE GIVEN A AUTHOURISED ID NUMBER(TSO1CDE0000)WHICH CAN BE USED THROUGHOUT INDIA WITH THAT AUTHROURISED ID.
• IN FUTURE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES REGARDING( PAYMENT,LOGIN HOURS,AREA CHANGING,ETC)WILL BE SLOVED THROUGH THAT AUTHROUSIED ID ONLY.
• IF YOU ARE DOING 3 OR 4 HOURS EXTRA APART FROM YOUR 9 HOURS SHIFT LOGIN, FOR THAT 3 OR 4 HOURS YOU WILL BE PAID KILOMETERS WHICH YOU HAVE DRIVEN.
• IF YOU HAVE TWO DRIVERS DOING TWO SHIFTS PLEASE DON’T GIVE THEM TWO EMAIL IDS AND PASSWORDS,PLEASE MAINTAIN ONLY ONE EMAIL ID AND PASSWORD THROUGH OUT THE DAY TO GET 2 SHIFTS MONEY.
• FOR A SINGLE CAB , IF YOU HAVE TWO EMAILS AND PASSWORDS ,THESE PROBLEMS YOU WILL FACE
A.FOR THE FIRST EMAIL ID WHICH CAB DRIVER HAS LOGGED IN WILL GET THE 9 HOURS SHIFT MONEY
B.THE SECOND EMAIL ID WHICH CAB DRIVER HAS LOGGED IN WILL GET AS PER KILOMETER IN THE SECOND SHIFT.
• EMAIL ID AND MOBILE NUMBER SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED WITHOUT INFORMING IN THE OFFICE.
• FIRST PAYMENT WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 15 DAYS ,LATER ON PAYMENTS WILL BE GIVEN WEEKLY.
• PAYMENT WILL BE PAID ON EVERY FRIDAY.
• IF CAB DRIVER HAVE ANY ISSUES REGARDING HIS PAYOUTS,HE SHOULD CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM.
• CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM WILL GET BACK TO THE CAB DRIVER ON HIS ISSUES WITHIN 24 HOURS,IF THE COMPLAINT IS NOT GENUINE CAB DRIVER WILL BE CHARGED 100/- PER CALL.
